At UPLIFT, we believe in the power of strength training in your fitness journey. Work with a professional personal trainer to build a training program  tailor-made for your body and your lifestyle to achieve your goals. We use a principle called ‘progressive overload’ that makes every workout a little bit harder and more challenging. This is the stimulus that makes your body adapt to the challenges and will get you stronger and fitter. Whether your goal is to build endurance, or to build muscle mass, of to burn fat, our trainers at UPLIFT can help you. We explain how to perform the exercises and which exercises are suited for your goals, body and ability. So even when injured, we will find a way to speed up your recovery or a way to train around the injury. If needed, we will reach out to your doctor, medical specialist of physical therapist to work together to improve your health.

 

We understand that your fitness journey doesn’t start and end at the gym, which is why we also highly consider and focus on diet/nutrition and sleep. Together, we can help you build a stronger body and stronger lifestyle.

Whether your goal is to improve stamina, icrease muscle mass of lose some excess kilograms, at UPLIFT we are able to help. We explain what to do, and how to execute specific movements. In case of injuries or medical issues, we are always able to find a way to train and speed up your recovery. This could also mean to train around an injury, which is always possible. If you are treated by a physical therapist, medical specialist or doctor, we always like to touch base with them to make sure you are training safe and within your limitations.

Ralph van Uplift helpt mij om gezonder en sterker te worden én te blijven. Uplift is een moderne en professionele sportstudio, waar het echt fijn is om te sporten. Zonder poespas, met kennis van zaken en op een positieve manier begeleidt Ralph mij meerdere keren per week. En het werkt!

Al jaren train ik bij Ralf en het maakt niet uit welke sport ik beoefen, moeiteloos wordt mijn trainingsprogramma aangepast. Allereerst was het tennis en hardlopen, daarna was mijn focus op kickboksen en hardlopen. Het meest waardeer ik de begeleiding na twee ernstige ziektes met operaties, professioneel werd het trainingsschema aangepast, zijn medische kennis is enorm!

Nu alweer 6 lessen verder en ik ervaar de lessen als uitdagend met een professionele en gefocuste sfeer. De resultaten worden behaald door middel van kleine stappen en niet al te grote revoluties, wat ik als heel prettig ervaar. Dit mede door de trainingen van Niek van Uplift. Daarnaast is de flexibiliteit op en top. Hele prettige ervaring!

Simpelweg geweldig. Met de ‘Ralphen’ (beide oprichters heten Ralph/f) is alles aan sporten goed, geregeld, leuk en gestoeld op vooruitgang. Ze zijn extreem kundig, letten heel goed op houding en uitvoering, maken een persoonlijk plan en zorgen ervoor dat je stappen vooruit gaat. En dat allemaal in een prachtige private gym waar je niets zelf hoeft voor te bereiden. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik zo snel, constant en gemakkelijk vooruit ga. Aanrader!

Fijne op maat gemaakte personal training van Ralph, met daarnaast ook veel aandacht voor passende extra trainingsschema’s en voeding. Tevens een prettige sfeer en een goede samenwerking met Ralf. De begeleiding en deskundigheid van de trainers werken erg motiverend, en helpen enorm bij het behalen van persoonlijke doelstellingen!
