Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalised fitness programs tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of our high-end clientele.
• Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to track progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
• Provide exceptional one-on-one training sessions, ensuring a high level of motivation, safety, and effectiveness.
• Offer professional guidance and support to clients regarding exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming training environment, adhering to the highest standards of the luxury gym experience.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continually enhance service offerings, as well a continuous effort to improve professionally and physically

Requirements:

• Accredited certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) and CPR/AED certification.
• Proven experience as a personal trainer, preferably in a high-end fitness facility or with elite clientele.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness programming.
• Passionate about health and wellness, committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients.
